Target Groups
The program of the Personal Branding MBA is designed for professionals with managerial or supervisory experience and can be summarised as improving the following fields of competence:
- Development of leadership brand and authentic personal brand
- Authentic leadership and sustainable business practice;
- systematic problem identification and analysis;
- decision-making processes and implementation;
- development of corporate brand;
- development of organisations and business with respect to their physical and social environment.
The target group consists of professionals at an executive level or those who aspire to become an executive. This can be self employed people running their own business, supervising employees, people with middle management experience in any business field or e.g. policy officers with work experience and adequate qualifications, who want to follow higher education in which authentic personal branding, personal leadership and entrepreneurship are the key themes.
Application for this education program will be preceded by an intake procedure based on the following elements:
- The Authentic Personal Branding, which translates a candidate’s personal ambition into concrete personal brand, personal objectives, performance measures, targets and improvement actions, providing the basis for balancing personal aspirations with personal behaviour along the four perspectives Internal, External, Knowledge & Learning and Financial.
- Online personal brand profile assessment; a tested method by asking respondents to fill in a questionnaire about a candidate, resulting in a report that encourages the candidate to capitalize on their strengths, and points out areas for improvement.
At the Personal Branding MBA, you will meet executives from various sectors of society: education, trade, industry, sports, care, business services and public services. In order to be able to follow the level of the course, the minimum requirement is a high level of intellectual ability and working skills. Good skills in the English language are required.
